Airport Pick Up

On request, we can organise an airport pick-up service for students that will take them straight to their homestay accommodation. This service is provided to students free of charge.

The Homestay Coordinator, Kim Finalyson will arrange for a driver from Bel-Air Limos to meet and greet students at the airport and have them transferred to their homestays.

Before boarding the aircraft please ensure that your passport, student visa and a pen is packed in your cabin bag. Also travel with your homestay family information and Kim Finlayson’s contact details in case there is a change to the flight details or problem at the airport.

The airline staff will give you an Australian Immigration and Customs Declaration form as your flight nears Australia. Complete the form on the plane and do not be afraid to ask for help if you are unsure of the answers to any questions.

When you arrive in Australia, you will be stopped at an immigration checkpoint and asked to hand in your passport and forms. You may be asked questions about your stay before your passport is stamped and handed back to you. (Note: It is illegal to use a camera or phone in this area of the airport.)

Once you have passed through the immigration checks, you should collect your baggage. Look for a school representative or driver from Bel-Air Limos who will be holding a sign with your name on it.
