Enrolment Procedures

To enrol into Helensvale SHS you will need to contact our office via email or phone 5573 8555 to make an enrolment interview appointment.

The following documents are required at the time of the enrolment interview:

1. Student’s Birth Certificate
2. Student’s Passport and visa if coming from overseas
3. Student’s School reports for the past year (Semester 1 and 2)
4. Form S1(a) or Form S1(b) or Form S1(c) as explained below
5. Proof of residency in the enrolment area ie. Rental agreement or contract of sale in the parents’ name. (Enrolment boundary may be viewed at www.eq.edu.au then search for enrolment management plan. Look at page 7 and scroll down to Helensvale SHS. Download map)

If possible a list of subjects the student wishes to study for the year (view the relevant year’s Subject Selection Booklet under ‘Documents’ on our website)

If the student is enrolling into Years 10, 11 or 12 you will need to download the appropriate forms below and complete them prior to the interview.

• Interstate
• International

The interview usually takes approximately one hour and uniforms can be purchased and school fees paid at the conclusion of the interview at our P & C Shop. School fees payment options.
